• PURPOSE AND SCOPE :
• At the core of the maintenance team of the Vaudreuil Plant, the position holder must accomplish the adjustment, preventive maintenance and repair tasks of industrial equipment. Participates in the installation of new production equipment and in the continuous improvement projects.
• RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Support manufacturing, filling, and packaging operations of pharmaceutical products and medical devices
• Perform format changeovers on the production line
• Carry out adjustments and repairs during production
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, building, and utilities
• Actively participate in equipment and process improvement projects
• Operate a pallet jack and a forklift (training provided on site if required)
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and health and safety regulations while performing duties
• Perform any other related tasks as required
• REQUIREMENTS :
• DEP in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Electromechanics
• Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Written and Spoken Languages : English and French
• Good communicator.
• Autonomous and good judgment.
• Excellent capacity in mechanical and electrical problem resolution
• Good manual dexterity
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, Maintenance Management Software)
• Work experience in a pharmaceutical environment with knowledge of GMPs
• Available to answer emergency calls (cellphone will be provided)
