Our client, a manufacturing organization located in Vaughan is hiring a Full Cycle Human Resources Coordinator with payroll responsibilities to join their growing team for a permanent position.

Recruitment and Onboarding :
- Manage the full-cycle of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new employees.
Employee Relations :
Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, providing HR-related information, and contributing to the resolution of employee issues.Payroll Administration :
Handle basic payroll duties, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll information, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.Benefits Administration :
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, maintenance, and addressing employee inquiries related to benefits.Compliance and Policy Adherence :
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations and company policies, updating procedures as necessary.HR Data Management :
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the manufacturing sectorRecent graduates with an HR program background are encouraged to apply, with no requirement for prior manufacturing experience.Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
