Job Summary

Under the direction of the Security Manager, the Security Officer protects the casino’s assets, controls access, escorts guests, provides first aid and records incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report internal and external violations, unsafe conditions, and suspicious activities.
• Enforce restricted access by unauthorized persons.
• Observe transactions, slot drops, chip fills and transfer items to Lost & Found.
• Perform identification checks for any guest who appears under 30.
• Refer disputes to the Supervisor or Security.
• Conduct regular patrols of the interior and exterior of the property as assigned.
• Escort guests and team members.
• Perform crowd control as directed.
• Attend to first aid incidents.
• Assist Supervisor with enrolling guests in the Self‑Exclusion program.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
