Who you are :

We are looking for amazing talent someone who can help our company move forward and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern who should be able to quickly contribute to the Production Teams goals. What youll do :

As a Mechanical Engineering Intern your key area of responsibility will be supporting both the Automotive and Production Team initiatives for Geotab. As part of the Production Team you will assist the team that interacts with manufacturers suppliers and internal stakeholders specifically as well as working on mechanical requirements such as tooling and harness this role you will be making sample harnesses and production jigs. You will work with internal stakeholders to ensure the designs are sound electrically and that all the product engineering requirements are met. This includes ensuring prototypes from suppliers are field acceptable. You will also be responsible for managing engineering documentation and mechanical drawings and ensuring updated revision control is maintained.

This role offers an hourly pay range which is anticipated to be the range listed below. The actual pay for this position depends on a variety of factors such as but not limited to students academic program relevant experience and location. Geotab is committed to fair and equitable compensation and will share final details as part of the offer process. All offers of employment are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work for the duration of the internship and the individuals ability to pass a background check.
