Job description

About the Role :

The City of St. Catharines is looking to fill various Administration Student positions for the upcoming season.

What You'll be Doing :

Respond to inquiries by the public at the counter and on the telephone
Open and process departmental mail
Prepare various correspondence and memos
Process payments and fees, balance and prepare deposits
Filing, data entry, faxing
Other miscellaneous clerical duties

What's Required :

Enrolled in full-time studies the semester preceding the summer and returning to full-time studies in September

Enrolment in an Administration Studies Program is preferred

Cash experience and excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Available to work commencing early May
