Bilingual Technical Support Agent - $22.90/hour

What will you be doing?

• Provide technical support to customers by phone, email and chat in French and English
• Respond to access requests, software updates, password resets, external laptop connections (printers, monitors, etc), Windows Suite
• Manage the creation, resolution, and follow-up of tickets

What do you bring?

• Experience or studies in Technical Support
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand French and English (fully bilingual)
• Experience in a call centre environment
• Ability to work days, evenings, overnights (24/7 rotational schedule)
