propos du poste

Ce rle est idal pour des diplms voulant faire leurs dbuts dans le dveloppement des affaires, lentrepreneuriat et le marketing dans le secteur des technologies et services pour lindustrie des congrs.

Il sagit dun poste o vous mettrez rapidement la main la pte et qui vous permettra de dcouvrir le fonctionnement quotidien dune entreprise technologique dont la clientle est internationale. Vous contribuerez la prospection, lorganisation des donnes, au suivi des campagnes et lamlioration des processus, tout en apprenant btir un pipeline de vente structur et efficace.

Vos responsabilits

Prospection et pipeline:

  • Rechercher activement des clients potentiels dans des secteurs cibles tablis
  • Rdiger et envoyer des messages adapts aux cibles et segments, et effectuer les suivis appropris (courriel et LinkedIn)
  • Appuyer la prise de rendez-vous et les suivis pour lquipe des ventes
  • Participer la prparation de prsentations, de dmos et de documents pour les clients

Gestion des outils et donnes:

  • Mettre jour et maintenir notre CRM (Pipeliner) avec rigueur
  • Crer et maintenir des listes de prospects, leur statut dans le pipeline et leur attribution
  • Nettoyer, croiser, filtrer et normaliser des donnes dans Google Sheets (modifications groupes)
  • Suivre la performance des campagnes, contribuer de petits tests A/B et formuler des recommandations
  • Nettoyer et intgrer au CRM des listes de prospects provenant de sources tierces

Activits marketing et amlioration continue:

  • Coordonner notre participation des vnements de lindustrie
  • Contribuer lamlioration de nos messages, documents marketing, site web et pages LinkedIn
  • Collaborer sur des projets ponctuels ventes/marketing selon les besoins
  • Contribuer dvelopper, optimiser et automatiser nos processus, messages, outils et documents internes



Profil recherch

  • Diplme universitaire complt ou exprience quivalente
  • Excellente matrise de langlais crit et oral, bon niveau de franais
  • Solides comptences en recherche marketing et en traitement de donnes
  • Excellentes comptences en communication crite
  • Aisance avec LinkedIn
  • Matrise dExcel/Google Sheets
  • Excellentes capacits en logique de requtes : comprendre et appliquer comment la priorit des oprations (PEMDAS) influence le traitement de donnes en masse et la production de rsultats fiables
  • Capacit colliger, structurer et analyser des donnes pour suivre les campagnes, le march, les rsultats, les donnes de renouvellement et de rtention, produire des rapports de performance et identifier des tendances
  • Aptitude collaborer troitement avec une direction exigeante et engage, tout en conservant une attitude professionnelle, proactive et oriente vers les solutions
  • Esprit dquipe, rigueur, autonomie, proactivit, curiosit et envie dapprendre

Bilingual Role in Montreal, QC

About the Role

This position is ideal for graduates who want to start a career in business development, entrepreneurship, and marketing in the technology and services sector for the convention industry.

You will quickly get hands-on experience and gain insight into the daily operations of a technology company with an international client base. You will contribute to prospecting, data organization, campaign follow-ups, and process improvements, while learning how to build a structured and efficient sales pipeline.

It is also a stepping stone to a more senior role for those who demonstrate:

Your Responsibilities

Prospecting and Pipeline:

  • Actively research potential clients within established target sectors
  • Write and send tailored messages to targets and segments, and carry out appropriate follow-ups (email and LinkedIn)
  • Support appointment scheduling and follow-ups for the sales team
  • Assist in preparing presentations, demos, and documents for clients

Tools and Data Management:

  • Update and maintain our CRM (Pipeliner) with accuracy
  • Create and maintain prospect lists, their status in the pipeline, and their assignment
  • Clean, merge, filter, and normalize data in Google Sheets (bulk edits)
  • Track campaign performance, contribute to small A/B tests, and make recommendations
  • Clean and integrate prospect lists from third-party sources into our CRM

Marketing Activities and Continuous Improvement:

  • Coordinate our participation in industry events
  • Contribute to improving our messaging, marketing materials, website, and LinkedIn pages
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc sales/marketing projects as needed
  • Contribute to developing, optimizing, and automating our processes, messaging, tools, and internal documents



Desired Profile

  • Completed university degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English; good level of French
  • Strong skills in marketing research and data processing
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong query logic skills: understand and apply how the order of operations (PEMDAS) influences bulk data processing and the production of reliable results
  • Ability to compile, structure, and analyze data to track campaigns, the market, results, renewal and retention data; produce performance reports; and identify trends
  • Ability to work closely with an engaged and demanding leadership team while maintaining a professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Team spirit, rigour, autonomy, proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
  • Asset: skills or hands-on experience with sales automation tools or AI
