Business Coordinator, Strategic Reporting – The YMCA of Southern Interior BC is looking for a dedicated professional to oversee membership and program data analytics within a dynamic community organization serving over 50,000 participants annually.

Role Overview : Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Coordinator will review membership and program software systems to report on sales, demographics, registrations, pricing models, financial assistance and service standards. The role involves collecting and interpreting data, presenting solutions to sales and program teams, and coordinating with the Systems Administrator on system functions, troubleshooting, training and improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Share the Association’s vision for growth and exceptional customer experiences.
• Build cooperative working relationships and promote teamwork.
• Gain and maintain a strong understanding of systems and how the front line staff use those systems.
• Oversee daily membership growth goals, support and recommend acquisition plans, and reengage members at risk of canceling.
• Provide clear analytics to leadership teams to inform decisions on programs, promotions, information support and membership.
• Work with the Systems Administrator to support system improvements and quality control in our CRM system Avocado.
• Support Membership and Program teams with training, reporting and general inquiries.
• Oversee and support the financial assistance program to ensure consistency across centres.
• Advocate for data-driven decisions and fiscal responsibility.
• Lead and role model the YMCA's commitment to volunteerism.
