Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Multi-Media & Content Developer to join our team!
Collaborate with our Toronto and Amsterdam offices to lead innovative content strategies that drive engagement and align with business goals. In this role, you'll create and manage compelling SEO-optimized content, lead video production efforts, and oversee multi-channel campaigns. You'll also dive into analytics, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to optimize performance and achieve high ROI.
Primary Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Production
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
Develop and maintain a cohesive content calendar across blogs, social media, and websites.
Design and edit digital assets using Adobe Suite to enhance Yep Ads' creative footprint.
Campaign Optimization and Analytics :
Optimize social campaigns for KPI and ROI benchmarks through detailed analysis.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs) to monitor performance and refine strategies.
Track SEO efforts and analyze traffic for strategy improvement.
SEO and Technical Implementation :
Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimization.
Work with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for occasional website tweaks (preferred but not required).
Account Management and Business Development
Drive business growth through content for events and promotions.
Stay updated on digital trends to maintain brand competitiveness
Expand social media presence across new platforms (e.g., YouTube, WeChat).
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Creative and Technical Expertise :
Strong skills in video production, from scripting to editing, using tools like Premiere Pro
Proficiency in digital design with Adobe Suite, Figma, or Canva.
Experience with social media platforms and management tools like Hootsuite
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs) and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Skilled in digital design using Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Content and Campaign Management :
Experienced in developing content strategies, managing content calendars, and producing diverse content (ad copies, blogs, videos).
