What you can expect to do here :

• Strategic Leadership : Picture yourself at the helm, charting the course for the rail and transit sector with strategic plans that align with our organizational objectives.
• Project Management : Visualize overseeing intricate rail and transit projects working with major clients like Metrolinx and TTC, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Development : Envision building and mentoring a high-performing team of rail systems, track, railway operations and maintenance engineers, designers, and project managers, inspiring them to reach new heights.
• Client & Partner Relations : Imagine yourself forging strong relationships with clients, high-quality contractors, industry stakeholders becoming their trusted partner.
• Scope of Knowledge : Apply your extensive knowledge of the most recent technological advances in rail and transit systems to complex multi-disciplinary project.

Use digital tools to produce 3D designs using collaborative engineering approaches during project development, delivery, and execution, making a significant impact on the community's success.

• Decision Making : You will make strategic decisions and empower your team to significantly impact the success of essential projects in our communities and the organization's reputation.
• Complexity & Judgment : You will navigate complex rail and transit project challenges using independent judgment to ensure successful outcomes.

• Proven experience in rail and transit project management, working with clients within Canada.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to make impactful decisions.
• Proven experience to lead and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of rail and transit systems.
• Strategic planning and project management expertise.
