Warehouse Associate

Position Overview : We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing and organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities :

• Receive and unload incoming shipments (manually if freight is lose), verify contents against purchase orders or invoices, and inspect for damages or defects
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to packing slips or order forms
• Organize and maintain inventory by properly storing items, labeling shelves, and conducting regular cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach and manual and electric pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner
• Keep warehouse clean and organized, including sweeping floors, disposing of trash, and maintaining aisles clear of obstructions
• Assist with periodic inventory audits and reconciliations
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach and manual and electric pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Compensation : RAB offers competitive salaries commensurate with experience. Salary estimate for this position is $20 per hour.
