Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Social Media Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to support our brand and business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including articles, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

    Primary Location

    Toronto, Ontario

    Salary range is expected to be between

    84,375.00 CAD - $151,875.00 CAD
