We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Partnership Manager to lead strategic initiatives and build valuable alliances in the direct mail ecosystem. This pivotal role requires a visionary professional with a deep understanding of industry dynamics, a talent for nurturing high-level partnerships, and a proven ability to drive mutual value. Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Partnership Development :

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for enterprise, and technology partnerships within the direct mail ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize the impact of key partnerships.
  • Craft compelling business cases and presentations to secure alignment from internal stakeholders and partners.

Relationship Management :

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, and technology partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison for key partners, ensuring clarity on objectives and achievement of milestones.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance partner engagement and drive shared success.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation :

  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Structure and finalize complex enterprise-level deals, including pricing models and integration agreements.
  • Key Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, or sales, particularly in the direct mail sector.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring expertise with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the direct mail industry, omnichannel marketing, and integration with digital strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
