As the Administrative Coordinator, you will report directly to the Executive Director, serving as their representative. Your primary responsibilities include being the initial point of contact for our members, handling phone calls, and managing emails. This role is fully remote, requiring a dedicated and secure workspace in your home. The position follows a Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm schedule (with some flexibility). Occasional evening work and travel may be necessary, compensated with time off in lieu. You will also represent the organization at various events, always upholding professionalism and discretion due to the potentially sensitive nature of the information you handle.
