Specialist, Milestone Program

Overview

At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world. As part of the National HR team within Business Enablement Services (BES), the Employee Experience Centre of Excellence focuses on key moments that matter through the talent development lifecycle—including onboarding, performance development, employee listening and engagement, and leadership milestone programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Milestone Programs, this role is primarily responsible for the operational planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of our suite of Leadership Milestone Programs and National Onboarding Experience. While the focus is on learning program support, you will also contribute to event logistics and execution for major program events.

What You Will Do

Learning & Development (75%)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants in onboarding and leadership programs, managing communications, registrations, inquiries, and feedback.
• Lead operational and logistical support for virtual, hybrid, and in‑person learning programs, collaborating with internal teams (HR, IT, Learning Technology, Communications) to develop and deliver engaging program content.
• Support the development, design, and troubleshooting of online learning platforms and resources, ensuring a seamless participant experience.
• Monitor trends, resolve issues, and contribute to ongoing improvements in onboarding and milestone programs.
• Track learning credits, maintain accurate records, and support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors for learning content development and platform support.
• Recommend and implement new learning technologies and digital tools to enhance program delivery.

Event Support (25%)

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English‑speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English‑speaking provinces while at KPMG.
