Key Responsibilities
The Automotive Technician is responsible for servicing / repairing SOUTHLAND school buses in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. This position is not confined to shop activities as the Automotive Technician may be required to perform field work on down buses.

Journeyperson TicketMust possess own tools for the jobFluent in written and spoken English2 – 5 years related experienceValid Driver’s LicenseCVIP (Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program) License considered an assetExposure to working on diesel, propane, and gasoline enginesExperience with automatic transmissionsAnalytical and troubleshooting skillsStrong diagnostic skillsComputer proficiencyRemuneration
