Job description

Our client is seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join their Calgary team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include :

  • Booking reservations for accommodations. (hotels, short term rentals)
  • Prepare contracts, leases, and other paperwork as required.
  • Process digital payments.
  • Finding the best reservation options and negotiate best possible rates.
  • Work with customers and hospitality companies to meet the customer’s individual needs as well as possible.
  • Ensure all details of reservations are accurately recorded.
  • Ensure all lease or reservation activities comply with relevant laws such as Residential Tenancy Acts / Laws.
  • Manage and resolve issues and complaints from tenants or guests.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders such as claims coordinators, landlords, real estate agents, adjustors, and legal.

Requirements include :

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • High attention to detail and advanced written communication skills.
  • Experience in service-based industries such as Hospitality, Travel, or Real-Estate would be an asset.
