JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Maintenance Store Coordinator to join our Belleville, Ontario facility. In this role, you will maintain the plant’s spare parts inventory system, support production, and maintenance operations. You'll also ensure accuracy, organization, and cost-effective management of materials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in keeping our parts systems efficient, reliable, and compliant.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Maintain accurate spare parts inventory to support production requirements, engineering projects, and maintenance planning.
• Receive and stage incoming MRO materials, verifying accuracy against requisitions.
• Assist GEP personnel in supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Approve requisitions for stock parts within established guidelines.
• Process internal reports and documentation to ensure accurate accounts payable / receivable and inventory records.
• Maintain computerized spare parts systems, ensuring data integrity and preparing reports as needed.
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong K-Value Behaviors.
• Coordinate inter-facility transfers of parts and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual agreements.
• Work within SAP and ensure new parts are properly configured and set up.
• Complete weekly cycle counts and quarterly analysis of slow-moving materials.
• Ensure adherence to standard work processes and storeroom organization.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines, including sanitation, allergen control, pest control, and regulatory requirements.
• Support execution of relevant departmental and plant projects.

Salary Range : $60,160 – 75,200
