E&I General Foreperson

As an E&I General Foreperson with Electrical and / or Instrumentation Journeyperson ticket youll leverage your expertise to oversee precise E&I projects in Saskatchewan. You will play a key role within the site operations team reporting directly to the Superintendent. You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your crew(s) ensuring safe efficient and high-quality execution of all project activities. This role provides strong on-site leadership through coordinating work supervising personnel and maintaining a consistent and fair application of all company policies and procedures. You will champion a safe work environment support compliance with operational standards and foster a positive team culture through clear communication coaching and accountability. Working closely with the Superintendent client representatives and cross-functional teams the General Foreperson helps ensure work is completed on schedule risks are managed and overall project objectives are met.

What would you be doing

• Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.
• Prepare monitor and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.
• Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.
• Establish implement and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures
• Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.
