You are :

A highly motivated individual, who is a self-starter with exceptional sales skills.

Dynamic and outgoing personality

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

You'll be working on :

Develop a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice

Manage your own queue of leads with a high level of diligence

Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service

Qualifications :

Currently holding a Mortgage License or a valid REMIC / MPC Mortgage Certificate is highly preferred. If not, you must be willing to take the required course within the first month. Please note that applicants are responsible for the cost of the mortgage certificate course required by Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).

Experience with Filogix and underwriting is an asset

Retail banking experience as a mortgage specialist is an asset

Compensation

100% commissions based role.
