As a Licensed Residential Property Manager, you will oversee the financial and operational performance of a multi-site residential portfolio. This includes managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuringpliance and high standards across all properties. You will provide leadership to on-site teams, foster strong tenant relationships, and collaborate with owners and senior leadership on strategic initiatives, capital planning, and long-term improvements. Your role will also involve implementing marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and monitoring market trends to inform policy decisions.What you'll need to succeed
You hold a Rental Property Manager licence and bring 3–5 years of experience in residential property management. Your financial acumen includes budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting. You have a thorough understanding of the BC Residential Tenancy Act and related legislation, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and property management software (ideally Yardi). Strong leadership,munication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and adapt to occasional after-hours requirements. A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required.What you'll get in return
