QA Manager for trading software

• Execute and monitor test campaigns
  
• Improve non-regression on the night batch chain
  
• Improve test report processing
  
• Continuously improve test processes
  
• Improve test scope and automation
  
• Implement and maintain the test repository (Microsoft Azure/TFS tool)
  
• Write specifications for test automation tools (UI C# devexpress xml flow sql)
  
• Analyze and monitor the results of each test campaign
  
• Reporting necessary for Go/NoGo decision-making for each release (defect classification and impact measurement)
  
• Communication with the Delivery team/FO/MO/Risk users IT contributors and Product Owner
  

• Exécution et suivi des campagnes de test
  
• Amélioration de la non-régression sur la chaine de batch de nuit
  
• Amélioration du traitement des rapports de test
  
• Amélioration continue des processus de test
  
• Amélioration du scope de test et automatisation
  
• Mise en place et maintien du référentiel de tests (outil MicroSoft Azure / TFS)
  
• Rédiger les spécifications des outils pour lautomatisation des tests (UI C# devexpress flux xml sql)
  
• Analyse et suivi des résultats de chaque campagne de tests
  
• Reporting nécessaire pour la prise de décision de Go/NoGo de chacune des releases (classification des defects et mesure dimpact)
  
• Communication avec les Delivery team / utilisateurs FO / MO / Risk contributeurs IT et Product Owner
  

Profil

• Proficiency in professional English is mandatory (French is an asset but not mandatory).
  
• Functional knowledge of vanilla optional and exotic rate products (investissment and trading)
  
• Good knowledge of QA and QA tools on the market in the context of test industrialization (UI flows SQL batch service).
  
• Knowledge of Orchestrade would be a plus with experience on an equivalent or trading application required
  

• Maîtrise de langlais professionnel obligatoire (français est un atout mais pas obligatoire)
  
• Connaissance fonctionnelle des produits vanilles optionnels et exotiques de taux (Investissement et trading)
  
• Bonne connaissance QA et des outils QA du marché dans le cadre de lindustrialisation des tests (UI flux sql batch service)
  
• La connaissance dOrchestrade serait un plus avec obligatoirement une expérience sur une application équivalente ou de trading
