We're searching for a Family LawAssociate to handle client interactions, case management, court representation, and legal document drafting. They will be responsible for legal research, negotiations, and generating billable hours, while also engaging in professional development and business networking to support the firm's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation : Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' needs, provide legal advice, and outline possible courses of action.
• Case Management : Manage a caseload of family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely progress and adherence to legal deadlines.
• Legal Research : Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and precedents.
• Documentation : Prepare and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, agreements, and court filings.
• Negotiation : Negotiate settlements and agreements between parties, striving for amicable resolutions while protecting clients' interests.
• Court Representation : Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.
