We are currently seeking a Return Material / Merchandise Authorization Coordinator in the Carp, Ontario region!

Duties :

• Responsible for handling customer requests both internally and externally.
• Manage material processing
• Responds to requests
• Creates quotations and sales orders
• Daily retrieval of purchase orders
• Works with the logistics department to prepare shipping paperwork
• Sets up intercompany sales orders for returns / repairs
• Reviews / actions monthly quotes, return follow-up, weekly
• Any other duties as requested
