Role Overview

At Rexall, we are community difference makers and leaders in health and wellness. As a Postal Clerk, you will support our mission by ensuring efficient postal services in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints regarding postal services
• Maintain and organize the postal service area, presenting a proper public image according to policy (clean appearance, approved uniform, etc.)
• Perform multiple functions simultaneously and prioritize tasks
• Ensure loss prevention systems and procedures are followed according to company guidelines
• Maintain and control the cash register in the department in compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain proper security of cash and mail
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager or Manager on‑duty
