We are looking for a high-energy and driven Sales Leader with experience in the SaaS technology space, selling to Enterprise clients.

Accustomed to value-driven sales, you’ll grow our business in this key sector by tapping your established relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading and developing a winning team of sales professionals.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities & solutions to improve sales efficiency
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with executive level decision makers
  • Collaborating internally with cross-functional teams
  • Presenting the Zoom value proposition to customers
  • Guiding sales team on best practices of closing large complex deals
  • Focusing on improving market coverage, increasing market share and growing revenue
  • Providing accurate and timely forecasts via Salesforce

What we’re looking for

  • Experience at the C-level prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing business with complex sales cycles
  • Experience selling SaaS or video / audio conferencing space
  • Able to clearly understand and articulate business issues and how Zoom solutions can address those issues
  • Experience motivating a team of high performing & experienced sellers
  • Able to manage complex sales with extended sales cycles
  • Experience accelerating revenue in a fast-paced & high-growth environment
  • Able to access and develop trusting relationships with C-level business executives

In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus, and equity value.

Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
