About the Opportunity

(Equivalent to Operations Manager / Construction Manager / Project Executive in many firms)

Our client, a nationally respected and fast growing builder, is hiring a Project Director to lead the pursuit and delivery of major Healthcare and Defence projects across Ontario. In this executive level role, you’ll shape strategy, guide multidisciplinary teams, and influence some of the province’s most complex and meaningful capital programs, all delivered through collaborative contracting models like IPD, Progressive Design Build, Alliance etc.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead win strategies and major project pursuits in Healthcare & Defence
• Drive commercial strategy, design integration, project controls, and risk
• Build strong relationships with owners, clinicians, consultants, and partners
• Mentor teams and elevate performance across pursuit and delivery phases

About You

What You Bring:

• Senior experience delivering large hospital or Defence projects with a Canadian GC or Tier 1 builder
• Deep understanding of collaborative delivery approaches
• Executive presence and the ability to influence complex stakeholder groups
• A track record of leading large teams on high stakes programs
