Overview

Languages : English.
Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience : Experience an asset (On site, no remote option).

Responsibilities

Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, GPS, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.

Professionalism in customer service.

Load and unload goods.

Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment.

Pay and receive payments for goods.

Perform emergency roadside repairs.

Perform pre‑trip, en‑route and post‑trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.

Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.

Credentials

AZ class license.

Air Brakes Endorsement.

Experience and Specialization

Documentation knowledge : Accident or incident reports, Bill of lading, Driver logbook, Inspection report (pre‑trip, en‑route, post‑trip), Maintenance and repair reports, Trip reports.

Additional Information

Security and safety : Valid passport, Driver's validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract).

Transportation / travel information : Valid driver's licence.

Work conditions and physical capabilities : Sitting.
