Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).

Strong expertise in handling EBCDIC files and Talend Data Mapper.

Experience with APIs, flat files, and cloud-based data sources.

Proven ability to optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI tools.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers is a plus.
