Role Summary :
Lumenix is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Senior Director / VP, Healthcare Implementation & Innovation to lead the strategic deployment and institutional integration of our AIMS (Artificially Intelligent Monitoring System) platform across healthcare institutions, both in Canada and the U.S.
This high-impact leadership role will be responsible for championing adoption, operationalizing our AI-driven platform, and ensuring measurable clinical, safety, and compliance outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in digital health innovation within complex hospital systems, with a blend of strategic foresight and on-the-ground delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with clinical leaders, IT teams, operations, and quality / safety stakeholders to adapt and tailor AIMS functionality for maximum impact, and usability, and future innovation opportunities.
