Job description

Our client is seeking a Sales and Administrative Assistant to join there team in Mississauga, Canada. This role focuses on supporting sales operations and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will excel in customer engagement, sales support, and administrative tasks while contributing to there team’s success.

Responsibilities

Sales Support :

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and offering purchase advice.

Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and track orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Support the preparation of sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, and sales reports.

Assist in organizing promotional events or campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance the sales process.

Administrative Tasks :

Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.

Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.

Coordinate schedules and meetings, preparing agendas and minutes when required.

Handle filing and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide general support to the management team as needed.

Customer Service :

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.

Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and service.

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Administration, Sales, or related fields.

Experience :

At least 1 year of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service roles.

Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Qualities :

Proactive, responsible, and customer-focused.

Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
