A globally recognized gaming destination conveniently situated just a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal is currently in search of a Cage Manager. As part of our expansion, we are unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

We are seeking a seasoned and energetic Cage Manager (Cashier Services) to lead our financial operations on the gaming floor. This critical role ensures seamless financial transactions, strict compliance with regulations, and the highest standards of customer service. The right candidate will bring proven leadership, strong financial expertise—ideally from the gaming or hospitality sector—and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Oversee accurate and efficient processing of all cash and credit transactions.
• Manage significant cash volumes while maintaining strict handling, storage, and security protocols.
• Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize risks.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
• Maintain precise records and produce mandatory reports for regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting gaming operations and adjust procedures accordingly.

Leadership & Team Development

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate the cashier services team.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable workplace culture.

Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure flawless execution of financial transactions for guests, including VIP clientele.
• Resolve customer issues or disputes quickly and professionally.
• Implement continuous improvements to enhance the guest experience in financial service areas.

Operational Oversight

• Develop, implement, and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Security, Surveillance, and other departments for safe and efficient operations.
• Leverage technology and reporting tools to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of financial management or cage operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of gaming industry financial regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
• Proficiency with financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
