CFO

Our Toronto-area client is a well-established fashion company that is continuing to grow. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. To succeed in this position you should be an enthusiastic "self-starter" with an analytical mind capable of handling complex problems. You should be an aggressive strategic thinker and financial leader. This role will be responsible for all budgeting, forecasting and any financial decisions.

Requirements:

• Must be a CPA/CGA
• Must have 5-10 years' similar experience, ideally in garment manufacturing with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb analytical and leadership skills;
• Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated and work under a minimum of supervision
• Works well under pressure in a fast pace environment.
• Exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions would be beneficial.
• Exposure to public company protocols would be beneficial.
• Can delegate effectively
• Excellent computer skills
• Must be fully bi-lingual
