Teacher at Paul Rowe Jr / Sr. High School Manning, Alberta Paul Rowe High is located in the town of Manning, a small farming community situated in northern Alberta about 100 kms northwest of Peace River. The school serves students from grades 7-12 and offers a wide variety of programming to support student learning. One Full-Time (1.00 F.T.E.) Temporary Humanities / Phys. Ed. Teacher is required commencing August 28, 2024 and continuing until November 19, 2024 with the possibility of an extension. Initial teaching assignment will include Junior and Senior High English and Social Studies, Junior High Options and Phys. Ed. Qualifications Related teaching experience Effective classrooms management skills Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to foster positive relationships with students and staff Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting Requirements : Must hold or be eligible for a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate Provide an acceptable current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check Please note, record check must be less than six (6) months old to date of application of your application.
