We are looking for a Client Service Supervisor who can be autonomous in leading a team of Personal Support Workers / Home Support Workers and comfortable providing support to staff and clients. Our next Client Service Supervisor will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of their role leading the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Service Supervisor to take ownership of their team and really build some foundational relationships with the employees they are overseeing. Closing the Gap is one of Ontarios largest healthcare companies and we welcome candidates who have experience leading and supervising a team.

This is a Full-Time position based at our Huntsvillehead office (Hybrid) servicing the immediate Muskokaregion.

You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
