We're an innovative company disrupting industry norms, and our growth relies on expanding our talented tech team. We are looking for a proactive individual to manage the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and integrating developers into our global tech team.
Role Overview :
This role is crucial to our growth strategy. You'll be responsible for sourcing developers, pre-screening candidates for fit, assigning paid tasks, and integrating successful candidates into our tech team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and evaluate developers, with a focus on MEAN Stack roles.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess their fit for our team.
- Assign paid tasks to candidates and evaluate their performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and hiring goals.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Maintain and organize candidate records and feedback.
What We're Looking For :
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting or administrative role, ideally with a focus on technical roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using online platforms to source and manage candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey expectations and feedback.
- A proactive approach with a growth mindset; comfortable with taking initiative and handling multiple tasks.
- Experience with an ATS or similar tools is a plus.
