Mandatory : Canadian Work Experience
$18.00 / hour We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front Desk Plumbing Sales Staff in Barrie, ON.
This is a week-to-week position with the potential for ongoing opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing sales, but we are also interested in individuals with hands-on experience in plumbing, hardware, or HVAC who are eager to transition into a sales role. Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers with their plumbing needs, providing knowledgeable and friendly service.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and orders both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the plumbing products and services offered.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and sales area.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify management of low stock or special orders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in plumbing sales is highly desirable.
- Alternatively, hands-on experience in plumbing, hardware, or HVAC is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
