Position : R&D Manager Reports to : Director, R&D

We are looking for an R&D Manager to join our Silver Hills R&D team! We are looking for an experienced Research and Development Manager to manage our skilled team of R&D Technologists and Bakers. You will work on innovative R&D Projects that contribute to the long-term success of Silver Hills and our Gluten Free line.

In this role, you can apply your management skills to manage people and projects. You will support and keep the R&D team motivated to create new products and improve our current delicious, plant-based products! The challenge is to manage constraints and keep the team updated on the latest priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced food production environment. You will have many opportunities to drive interesting R&D projects and apply creativity and resourcefulness to achieve unique solutions. Being at the forefront of new product development, you will have many opportunities to contribute meaningfully, grow your knowledge base, and develop with the company!
