Store Associate – Overview

The Store Associate performs general operations duties and participates in the merchandise receiving process according to company standards. The role includes packing / unpacking daily pallets, boxing / unboxing shipments, stocking shelves, lifting boxes, climbing ladders, providing customer service, maintaining the store, and processing checkout transactions while supervising self‑service checkouts.

Responsibilities

• Pack and unpack daily pallets.
• Box and unbox daily shipments.
• Stock daily products on shelves.
• Lift boxes of products to ensure proper product placement.
• Climb ladders to reach all store areas.
• Provide customer service and help with store maintenance.
• Process checkout transactions and supervise self‑service checkouts.
