this is an onsite opportunity based in downtown Toronto)

Our client is a Series A startup helping businesses globally.  They are one of Toronto's fastest growing start-ups and are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join their team!

  • Engage with customers via email, phone, and chat, delivering timely and accurate assistance to resolve their inquiries
  • Guide customers through onboarding, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless transition to the platform
  • Address technical issues, product inquiries, and account-related concerns efficiently
  • Help customers maximize their experience by providing insights into product features, functionality, and best practices
  • Log customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM
  • Contribute to help center articles and internal documentation to improve efficiency and the customer experience
  • Monitor customer feedback to identify common challenges and suggest opportunities for product and process improvements

Requirements

  • We're looking for someone excited to work onsite with them five days / week, fostering in-person collaboration and team synergy
  • 1+ year in a similar customer support function (preferable in SaaS or a startup)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Interest in financial services and products, with a willingness to learn technical terms and industry intricacies
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Open to working occasional evenings and weekends to meet customer needs
