Our client is a Series A startup helping businesses globally. They are one of Toronto's fastest growing start-ups and are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join their team!
- Engage with customers via email, phone, and chat, delivering timely and accurate assistance to resolve their inquiries
- Guide customers through onboarding, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless transition to the platform
- Address technical issues, product inquiries, and account-related concerns efficiently
- Help customers maximize their experience by providing insights into product features, functionality, and best practices
- Log customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM
- Contribute to help center articles and internal documentation to improve efficiency and the customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback to identify common challenges and suggest opportunities for product and process improvements
Requirements
We're looking for someone excited to work onsite with them five days / week, fostering in-person collaboration and team synergy1+ year in a similar customer support function (preferable in SaaS or a startup)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesInterest in financial services and products, with a willingness to learn technical terms and industry intricaciesThrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracyOpen to working occasional evenings and weekends to meet customer needsExcited about FinTech, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in a growing companyBenefits
