This in an exciting opportunity to work with our new client in Mississauga. This company specializes in textiles and workwear, and they are hiring Customer Service Reps to join their team!
This position offers:
• Salary: $55,000
• Day OR Afternoon shifts - 7AM-3PM or 2PM-10PM
• 3 weeks’ vacation, 6 sick days, 2 personal days
• Hybrid schedule – 3 days in office, 2 days from home
• Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provide excellent service and support to both internal and external customers across all communication channels.
• Handle all telephone calls promptly, resolving queries fully while maintaining a strong focus on First Contact Resolution.
• Deliver knowledgeable and professional responses to customer emails, ensuring timely and accurate action within 48 hours pf receipt.
• Process all customer orders accurately within SLA, prioritizing urgent requests (such as priority order routes) to meet service expectations.
• Provide efficient, professional support through customer web chats.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, retaining and applying a large volume of product, process, and account knowledge.
• Maintain professionalism at all times, escalating any issues or potential issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Attend project meetings with Account Managers, offering input and support where relevant.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a call centre environment
• Experience or knowledge of the corporate wear industry (beneficial but not essential).
• Fluency in both English and French Canadian, both written and verbal.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management skills
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes ownership of inbound customer contact and demonstrates a strong understanding of customer needs.
• Produces clear, professional, and grammatically accurate written communication.
