BI Manager

Vos responsabilités :

• Develop and implement a BI strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers analysts and data engineers.
• Promote AI adoption and develop a data culture among users.
• Manage resources timelines and priorities.
• Oversee the creation of dashboards reports and visualizations.
• Develop advanced analytics (predictive prescriptive AI ML).
• Ensure data integrity consistency and security.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies.
• Oversee the design and deployment of data warehouses and data lakes.
• Manage the integration of BI systems into IT infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of BI / AI industry trends.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Translate stakeholder needs into BI solutions
• Provide insights to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
• Define and prioritize data initiatives to maximize value and effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to optimize the impact of BI solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
