Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will drive growth, foster client relationships, and respond to calls for tender, representing the company across Canada and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the client base.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new opportunities and lead negotiations with potential clients.
  • Respond to calls for tender and prepare compelling proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings across Canada and the USA.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and expectations.
  • Regularly update CRM systems and provide reports on business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or account management, ideally in ERP or software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Canada and the USA.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems or software solutions is an asset.
  • Knowledge of CRM and IT software is an asset.
