QHR Technologies is seeking a Financial Systems Application Analyst to ensure our financial systems—primarily Zuora and other revenue-related platforms—operate efficiently and evolve to meet organizational goals. This role is critical in enabling accurate billing, revenue management, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization.
You will partner closely with Finance, Product, Revenue Management and other teams to analyze existing systems, design and implement enhancements, and make financial data accessible for strategic decision-making. Beyond Zuora, you’ll be cross-trained on other financial applications to provide enterprise-wide support. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
Primary Responsibilities :
System Analysis & Discovery
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize financial systems for accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Revenue Management teams to understand workflows and data requirements for billing, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
- Develop deep knowledge of Zuora and related financial applications, including subscription billing and revenue recognition processes.
Design & Configuration
Recommend configurations and enhancements aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.Ensure solutions meet integration, security, and performance standards, supporting data availability for reporting and forecasting.Development & Optimization
Execute application configuration changes and support upgrades.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to streamline processes and improve system performance.Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct functional and performance testing, ensuring data integrity across integrated systems.Apply QA methodologies and tools to validate changes before deployment.Deployment & Adoption
Lead deployment activities, including documentation, training sessions, and user support.Drive adoption through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.Data Enablement
Ensure financial data from supported systems is accessible for revenue management, forecasting, and analysis purposes.Work with analytics teams to support reporting needs and maintain data accuracy across platforms.Additional Duties and Expectations :

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field.3+ years supporting enterprise financial systems (Zuora or similar).Hands-on experience with application lifecycle management, including configuration, testing, and deployment.Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS billing models.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business language.Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading meetings and training sessions.Knowledge of change control processes and continuous quality improvement.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Preferred :
Zuora Administrator Certification or equivalent.Experience with SQL or BI tools for reporting and data analysis.ITIL certification or similar process frameworks.Compensation and Logistics :
