Position Description
As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be the glue between disciplines — translating stakeholder requirements into robust system architectures and ensuring all moving parts function in perfect harmony.
- Translate business and user needs into engineering solutions across mechanical, firmware, and software domains
- Architect scalable and resilient system designs, defining interfaces and integrating components
- Lead system analysis, risk assessments, FMEA, and safety reviews
- Drive verification and validation processes with traceability to requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across disciplines and development stages
- Provide mentorship, project leadership, and technical documentation throughout the system lifecycle

10+ years of experience in a design or systems engineering role within a manufacturing environmentExperience with IT & designing productsIdeally, you will have prior experience in an IT / technology-focused industryQualifications
Background in firmware engineeringExpertise in systems design, interface definition, FMEA, and system integrationSolid understanding of firmware development across platforms (bare metal, RTOS, embedded Linux)Familiarity with various project management methodologiesExceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonalStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Engineering; specialization in electronics or firmware preferredP.Eng designation or eligibility strongly preferredEducation
