A Day In The Life Of a Delivery Specialist

• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
• Support retail operations by assisting with merchandising and maintenance of the store
• Deliver best-in-class service when delivering products to customers’ homes
• Perform general maintenance on the truck and around the store daily
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process, address customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite

We are offering $20.00 / hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Our compensation ranges are designed to reflect market competitiveness, internal equity, and the experience and impact each candidate brings to the role.
