The Opportunity

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a product marketing portfolio for ApplyBoard globally. This person will drive the development and execution of the product marketing strategy across all markets, playing a pivotal role in the positioning, prioritization and go to market of ApplyBoard products, features and technologies.

Success will be defined by the delivery of brand and customer outcomes that drive the growth of ApplyBoard.

What you will do :

Lead the global product marketing strategy to deliver brand and customer growth

Develop clear, engaging vision and narratives that showcase our products, vision and industry thought leadership

Streamline how we communicate the breadth of our offerings to customers across different audiences with best in class value proposition and messaging

Develop and continuously evolve our GTM muscle to ensure we are effectively educating our customers with the right message, at the right time through a clear and compelling GTM plan

Craft the learning agenda and use the insights to inform and guide ongoing positioning, messaging and marketing strategies

Act as a thought leader and ambassador for ApplyBoard by participating in external meetings, speaking engagements, and written assets to deliver thought leadership.

Manage, mentor and inspire the team to achieve their goals, to contribute to the business and to develop, learn and grow while they build a successful marketing career at ApplyBoard

Play a leadership role within the Marketing Team by contributing to building a high-performance team renown for accountability, executional excellence, business impact and teamwork

What you will bring :

10+ years marketing experience

Degree qualified in Marketing, Product and / or Commerce (preferred not mandatory

Highly strategic and great problem solver

Highly creative with ability to inspire and motivate others

Master of communication, ability to synthesize complexity and drive simplicity

Highly analytical, commercially oriented and motivated by business impact

Highly structured, with strong planning and prioritization skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Experience in driving organizational change management programs

Experience in fast paced, dynamic environment
