STERILE COMPOUNDING SERVICES
November 1st, to October 31st, , (as described herein) plus, at HealthPRO Canadas option, in consultation with supplier, two additional one year terms (the Option Term).
This RFP is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five Government Procurement and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement - Chapter Nineteen - Government Procurement.
