Service Receptionist

Westwood Honda has an opening for Service Receptionist

Are you looking for a rewarding career in the auto industry? We are looking to hire a client focused, full-time Receptionist to make a great first impression on our Service Department customers. This position is for a 3-month contract. If you are looking to be part of a team that works hard but also likes to have fun, this is the place for you!

Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs;
• Previous customer service and/or reception experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to consistently manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously;
• Dependability;
• Experience working in the automotive industry is an asset; and
• Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Providing customers with a welcoming first impression;
• Efficiently directing calls using a switchboard telephone system;
• Communicating with callers and customers in a professional and friendly manner;
• Being knowledgeable and able to answer general enquiries from customers and staff;
• Scheduling shuttle trips
• Booking customers appointments; and
• Additional duties as required.
