Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their team.

Position Description:

• Processes related to Overtime (Accrual/Wage Test). Process payroll transactions.
• Payroll Account Reconciliation.
• Prepare and notify Finance staff of Payroll amounts for funding the bank
• Pension Payroll.
• Reconcile and prepare Monthly Pension/RRSP/TFSA Payments to Vendor and also review any issues with pension/RRSP or TFSA process.
• Liaises with Mobility and Business Units on International Assignment issues and updates to payroll. Monthly reconciling.
• Assists team-members and actively participates in identifying process improvements.
• Quarterly review of payroll reports relating to T/RL production to asses any adjustments required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Completion or in pursuit of the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification, in affiliation with the National Payroll Institute.
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, peoplesoft, SAP, dayforce is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure and established deadlines
