Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their team.

Position Description :

• Processes related to Overtime (Accrual / Wage Test). Process payroll transactions.
• Payroll Account Reconciliation.
• Prepare and notify Finance staff of Payroll amounts for funding the bank
• Pension Payroll.
• Reconcile and prepare Monthly Pension / RRSP / TFSA Payments to Vendor and also review any issues with pension / RRSP or TFSA process.
• Liaises with Mobility and Business Units on International Assignment issues and updates to payroll. Monthly reconciling.
• Assists team-members and actively participates in identifying process improvements.
• Quarterly review of payroll reports relating to T / RL production to asses any adjustments required.
